however, I write about how I myself try to live – simpler, healthier, slower, more attentive. I am creating a system to help me do this. and I share it piece by piece.

sometimes every week, sometimes every month (more often, less often…) I send a letter in which I write what is changing, where I am, what I am probing. I show data from my life (activity, food, energy), link interesting things, tell about what works – and what doesn’t. a little blog, a little diary, a little experiment.
